Last weekend was one of the most important events this year for our company – IQFM integration! In a full squad we went on Friday to Zegrze, where a whole bunch of attractions were waiting for us.
The leitmotif of the trip was a large dose of humor and energy, which came in handy in the company’s games 🙂 .

IQFM company is one of the leaders when it comes to activities in the DIY sector. We have many years of experience, which is supported by the cooperation with the biggest producers of: construction chemicals, paints, tools and lighting. Exposition assembly details

Every company needs well-trained and committed staff to provide professional services. Our employees are prepared for various tasks “in the field”: fixing prices and promotional products, assembling shelves and advertising materials, sorting assortment and arranging it according to the vision presented by the client. They also take care of tidying up the space after work and report daily achievements on a dedicated platform.

Our company is known for its flexible approach to orders, thanks to which customers commission us with a variety of tasks. In addition to standard stocking, we also handle the installation of specific products and seasonal campaigns. Very popular before the summer season are barbecues, which a certain number of our company turns in a certain time. This provides convenience to customers who do not have specialized tools or knowledge about the construction of such equipment. We live in the times of returnability of goods, which is willingly and often used by consumers. Numerous orders come to our company from customers who ask us to prepare returns of goods from retail stores to their warehouses. Our employees’ task is to check the condition of the goods – whether it is complete and undamaged, and also to compare the stock with the return document and make any adjustments. Then they pack the products on pallets and prepare them for shipment.

Construction store displays – the key to sales

An important role in the effective sale of construction stores is an attractive presentation of products. Our company is well aware of this fact and therefore provides numerous services to make displays more attractive. One of the proposals is painting the exposition in the outer garden of DIY stores, which usually takes place at the turn of spring and summer and is an example of seasonal work. It is most often a form of promotion of paint and varnish manufacturers, which we carry out in two forms.

The first option is a practical demonstration during which our employees are tasked with painting any wooden element of the display with a product indicated by the customer. This takes place in a place visible to buyers, who can ask questions on an ongoing basis and even try to spread the paint or varnish with a brush themselves. The second solution is to varnish and paint a specific commodity in a secluded area and then put it on display with information about what products were used for painting. Both options are an effective way to attract the customer’s attention to the chosen product.

Assembly of goods for trade fairs and presentations

Our staff often deals with the implementation of goods at various types of fairs and shows, such as hotels. These are usually one- or multi-day events, so they require staff to be flexible and fast. Teams of at least 10 people work in a small area to prepare products for presentation in one day and immediately after the event disassemble them in an equally short time.

The actual assembly of the displays looks almost identical to what we do every day for home improvement stores. However, thanks to their experience and technical knowledge, our employees are able to do it quickly and efficiently, meeting the deadlines of the order.

Changes in the ownership structure! IQFM is now 100% Polish owned!

We have the great pleasure to announce that on 01.04.2022, as a result of a mutual agreement and transaction between the shareholders of IQFM Sp. z o.o., all shares of the Russian the majority shareholder, the OPEN Group company – were redeemed and IQFM Sp. z o.o. is now a fully Polish company, owned in 100% by Arkadiusz Wróblewski and Krzysztof Kulesza.
The changes will soon be visible both in the register of beneficial owners and in the National Court Register (KRS)

We would like to underline that the cancellation of shares of the Russian side has no economic or business grounds, as IQFM Sp. z o.o. is in a very good condition and the joint project with OPEN Group also gave grounds for development. The only reason for the cancellation of shares by the Russian side is the current political situation and the lack of foundation and perspectives for joint Polish-Russian economic ventures.

IQFM Sp. z o.o., already with a new ownership structure, continues to serve all clients at the same good level as before and develops new projects to support sales, which we will soon inform about.

Recently we had once again the opportunity to support the sales of Garmin smartwatches in 41 electronics stores throughout Poland, including Media Expert, Media Markt and Euro RTV AGD.

Thanks to our professionally trained team of 48 Promoters, managed by our experienced Supervisors, the sales increased significantly during each consecutive week, and the final result satisfied mainly the Customer and, of course, us.

The action definitely improved sales in the hottest period of the year and strengthened the brand image of Garmin as an expert in the use of new technologies in sport.

February 1 was the beginning of the Chinese New Year, also known as the Spring Festival.
It is the most important national holiday in China, celebrated on the first day of the lunar year. The year 2022 will be under the symbol of the tiger.
In cooperation with Unifood brand we have installed an exposition referring to Chinese Year in 20 Auchan stores in Poland.

Professional merchandising – cooperation with fashion brands

For many years we have also been developing our skills and gaining experience in visual merchandising in the fashion industry, with which we began our adventure by cooperating with a British company producing and distributing jewelry for the F&F brand. In 2017, we were trusted by another foreign client: J-Club, which was invited by one of the clothing chains to test. J-Club was one of 3 suppliers of women’s jewelry for this chain and after a few months of cooperation they were to choose one of them for all their stores in Poland. Together with J-Club we cooperated in a dozen stores for less than a year to finally win the test. Since 2018, we have been conducting regular visual merchandising for all the retail outlets to which J-Club supplies jewelry and accessories. We are now already operating in more than 200 stores of 3 popular fashion brands nationwide.

Each week, our visual merchandisers make about 400 service visits on average. Besides them, field teams occasionally deal with additional sales support. Sometimes, as a merchandising agency active in the field, we take part in special events organized by stores (such as birthdays, opening of a new outlet, opening after renovation, women’s day, etc.), during which we support chain employees – we advise customers on the selection of clothes and accessories, inform about current promotions and loyalty programs. Thanks to these activities we have a real impact on increasing sales. We also build positive relations and image of our products, store brand and employees.

Our experience in professional merchandising

You may not have heard of J-Club, but you’ve certainly seen their products many times. J-Club is the organization behind the accessories concept in a great many fashion chains (and more!). They are the market leader in Europe for private label jewelry and accessories. J-Club has a dedicated one project manager who is responsible for the contact with the fashion chain. He is responsible for information flow within the team. Our client is developing very dynamically. They started their business in 2010 and now deliver their products to over 11,000 locations in 25 countries across Europe. Initially, they offered only accessories for women, but now they have a much wider range for men and children: jewelry, hair accessories, scarves, neckerchiefs, sunglasses and reading glasses, as well as greeting cards.

The adopted business model assumes that J-Club takes full responsibility for the accessories category, ensuring production, distribution and in-store service so that the fashion chain can fully focus on its core business. In Poland, this service is provided by our visual merchandising agency. The principles of cooperation with our customers and their business partners are simple and based on a single goal: creating a group of loyal and satisfied users of various products. IQFM identifies with clients’ products, acts on their behalf and takes care of their impeccable image. With our actions we ensure the right product, in the right place, on time! What are the responsibilities of a visual merchandising agency?

For many years we have been recruiting, employing and training our mobile visual merchandisers. We carry out all current tasks related to professional merchandising service in locations entrusted to us throughout Poland. Our field regional managers and office employees coordinate all the work related to the project, while taking care of the highest level of service and support for the client and all his partners. We analyze available sales data, prepare weekly and monthly summaries of our activities, manage changes and provide comprehensive HR and payroll services.

As we mentioned earlier, we execute orders throughout the country. In order to be efficient, we have developed a simple, yet most effective structure for our operations. A well-trained mechanism allows us to communicate in the best and fastest way possible, which is an extremely important component of any project undertaken. Our employees complete information reports on the visit, confirm the completion of individual service steps and possibly additional special tasks, take stock levels into consideration and, if required, make photo documentation.

Visual merchandisers – areas of employee activity

IQFM comprehensively coordinates activities of regional managers and subordinate visual merchandisers. During everyday work we try to fulfill our tasks as quickly as possible and solve any potential difficulties. Because we operate in an international environment, we are also responsible for the translation of all instructions and documents. We try to be flexible and pay attention to the individual needs of each client. We maintain constant contact with network representatives – good communication is the key to success! This allows us to reduce errors to a minimum, strongly influences the quality of our service and builds lasting relationships between all parties.

At each stage of our activities we conduct carefully planned merchandising. What exactly is it? The duties of our specialists, who are entrusted with the brand promotion, include a wide range of activities in many sales areas – both mobile and stationary. The list of their tasks includes, among others, implementation of planograms (various products and collections for different chains), taking and checking deliveries, preparing seasonal discounts, stock adjustments (stocktaking with damage report), assembling stands and their preparation for opening new stores, taking care of tidiness and cleanliness of stands, as well as maintaining positive relations with store employees and remote reporting of all activities undertaken in the store. In performing these duties we are assisted by our IQFM reporting platform and our client’s external portal.

There are many proven – both simple and more complex methods of promoting a given product or service. Advertising agencies specialise in this, employing a staff of marketing specialists. These people are responsible primarily for customer relations, market research and consumer habits. The essence of effective brand promotion is involvement in its development. What was fashionable and desirable some time ago is not necessarily popular today. Marketing is an industry that must constantly adapt to the dynamics of change in many business sectors. This means that direct contact with the customer, as well as contact via social media, will be important.

What tasks do brand promoters perform?

A promoter is usually responsible for an appropriate presentation of products. Who is it actually? First of all he/she plays a role of a living advertisement of a given brand. He should have full knowledge of the promoted product or service and freely present its advantages in practice. These activities oscillate on the borderline between sales and marketing. Regardless of whether it is a person employed by an advertising agency, a store or a company representative, he/she is responsible, among other things, for conducting sales actions, trainings and all possible presentations.

Promoter of an advertising agency – an important function in the structure of the company

No matter what industry a promoter is in, his knowledge cannot be limited to the product or service currently being advertised. It is essential that he follows every step of the brand, company or organization being promoted. Advertising professionals should therefore have up-to-date knowledge of the offer, as well as observe the changing market and the needs of target groups. Marketing research can be useful in this task. Professional promoters usually have their own agencies. Thanks to cooperation with analysts, salesmen and managers they can not only get to know the market better, but also benefit from help in the form of additional research and image tools. The important role of the trendsetter in expanding reach can be seen in the fact that he or she is the most visible person in the structure of a marketing agency. It is often with his face, voice or activity that a given product or service is associated. The scope of his duties includes, among others, taking care of building positive relations with the client through social media channels.

What qualities should have a brand promoter?

Although it might seem that any person who has proper knowledge about the advertised service or product can become a promoter, this matter is not so obvious. The higher interpersonal skills and better presentation of a person, the higher the probability of increasing profits from sales. Professional promoter of advertising agency in large cities such as Warsaw, Gdansk or Krakow, must often also participate in banquets or fairs organized on behalf of companies. Agencies specializing in cooperation with trendsetters should make sure to hire employees with impeccable appearance, personal culture and social skills for such tasks. Their goal is also to select people who, in a way, correspond to the specifics of the brand. The main criteria include visual aspects, age, scope of activity and ability to reach a specific target group. The ideal situation is when the promoter is somehow identified with a given product or service, for example by functioning in a specific industry. Promoters are also often barter partners who receive samples or full-size copies of products and then test them and give them media ratings, e.g. by participating in videos on the Internet.

Once again, we have become the Star Makers by participating in the charity action “Gwiazdor” (Star) and preparing Christmas packages for children in need, who are taken care of by local Children’s Friends Associations.

What is it actually about?

It is an action connected with Christmas. It is called “Gwiazdor” because its roots go back to Poznan, where there is no Santa Claus, but the Star. The idea is to find a Santa Claus for a letter written by a child, and the aim is to reach children who are in a difficult financial and/or social situation. Children to whom help is very rare.

Mainly, these are children designated by Children’s Friends Societies, but not only. There are also children from MOPS, Caritas, orphanages and centers taking care of disabled elderly people (so called Big Children).
