Stationary and mobile merchandising for Kotányi
Since 2023, IQFM has been supporting Kotányi in regular merchandising services, combining mobile and stationary models and ensuring high frequency of operations in key retail chains.
Context of the partnership
Kotányi offers a wide portfolio of spices, herbs, spice blends, and salts, which translates into a large number of products competing for visibility in a relatively small shelf space. The specifics of the category require regular exposure control, proper assortment arrangement, and a flexible response to changing sales and promotional priorities.
Project goal
Ensuring high availability and visibility of Kotányi products as well as a consistent exposure standard for the brand's broad portfolio. The cooperation model was designed to ensure regular presence of teams at points of sale and the ability to respond quickly to current shelf needs.
